“ Came here for dinner recently and cannot recommend it enough! Everything about my visit was amazing from the service to the food itself - I will definitely be coming back! :) x ”
“ Great wee restaurant. Delicious Indian food. Staff were very polite, friendly and attentive; and interested in whether we were enjoying our food - Checked in to ask if everything was ok. Very reasonable prices and good value - I like my food and struggled to finish! ”
“ Just had my 1st takeaway from them and was absolutely delicious. There's a meal deal when ordering takeaway online which was great value. Spiced onions were full of flavour and had a kick to them. My partner has a Korma which although I personally think is a bit boring, was full of taste and the best one one tasted by far. I had the South Indian garlic chilli chicken and was a taste sensation, the chicken was so tender and fell apart. Can't wait to eat in next time. Thanks ”
“ Brought my mate from Birmingham here who THOUGHT that currys down south are better than here, was he wrong we have converted him to a glasgow curry muncher, the lamb saag was absolutely tender and full of flavour, the paneer and cashew nut curry was to die for definitely recommend roti and pickle for people who appreciate good authentic food ”
“ Excellent Indian cuisine and great atmosphere. We ordered a variety of items from the menu, and they all tasted very good. The byriani could have more flavour, but we got the veggy one. Price is reasonable a look at the daily specials, those are the best. Menu is solid and well presented. The place is clean and the service is quick and kind. Definitely recommended . ”
“ Came last night for dinner, both had really nice meals. Got the veggie samosas which were huge and came with a really nice chickpea side as well. I got the paneer shahi which was one of the best curries I’ve had and naan was great too, large portion sizes. Mango lassi was lovely too. Staff really friendly and it’s got a really nice ambience inside. Will be back! ”
“ Tried this place last night for the first time. A lovely young guy served us, was a very quiet place. Myself and my mum were the only customers. We decided to go for the Gyanis special mixed grilled kebab. This was an incredible sized portion for two people. On the platter was chicken tikka/ green herb chicken/ lamb chops/ seekh kebab with rice, naan, lentil daal, salad and a small curry based sauce. The food was tasty and very filling. I love the fact it was B.Y.O.B (bring your own bottle) i enjoyed my bottle of red wine with the food, they kindly didn’t charge for corkage fee and also gave us a 10% discount off the bill. friendly service, tasty food, fab sized portion and very well priced. Cant complain, i will defo be coming back. ”
“ Crackin' new option for Duke St. I marked it down for the atmosphere as it was quiet for a Sunday night. I'd expect this to get busier once people know about it. Lovely dishes, really attentive staff. It's BYOB at the moment, too. Unfortunately, I forgot to take a pic of the lamb chops until they were just bones on a plate. ”
